HOW TO GET A SIX PACK

Body weight exercises burn a lot of fat. They are like HIIT, but even harder. This way you are building a little bit of muscle a long the lines with burning a lot of fat. Body Weight Exercises will increase you metabolism for hours, even for one full day. You workout must have the main body weight trainings:
  • PUSH-UPS
  • SQUATS
  • LUNGES
  • JUMPING JACKS
  • BURPEES
  • CHIN UPS
  • DIPS
  • BENCH DIPS
Put three lower body workouts and three upper body workouts and you have your self a perfect workout that will let you burn a lot of fat layer.

NUTRITION
This is really important guys. As we know when it comes to muscle building and fat loss, nutrition is a must have in your program. The right nutrition will pack on size and make you lose weight. Did you know that nutrition is 80% and the exercise is only 20%, well now you do. Be sure to eat five or six meals each day that will keep your metabolism steady. MUSCLE
