FATS DON'T MAKE YOU FAT!

Did you know that 96% of the people in the WORLD believe that fats make you fat? The truth is that they don't, well the good fats don't make you fat. Since there are good fats automatically that means that there are bad fats.

Hey there, today I am going to review to you the secret that is going to boost your weight loss and muscle gains like never before.

Fats:
There are two kinds of fats, good fats, and bad fats. Good fats are monounsaturated fats and polyunsaturated fats. The bad ones are Saturated fats and Trans fat (THE WORST KIND OF FAT).

Good fats: They are the natural fats, the ones that are not man made. They come from seeds, nuts, and oils. Good fats are really healthy and they will help you in many ways. The reason is that they are full with Omega-3 and Omega-6 fatty acids.


Bad Fats: They are animal and man-made fats. They are both really unhealthy. You will find Trans fats in all of the junk foods, same goes for the saturated fats. They increase the chances of you getting problems with your heart. And they will make you really fat. The bad part is that they are both really hard to lose from your body.

FATS DON'T MAKE YOU FAT:
Let me tell you a secret, there are two reasons why you are gaining fat. And they are quite simple to remember:
You are eating bad nutrients: Simple carbs, bad fats, protein. You must be 100% sure that what you are eating has complex carbs, good fats, and lean protein.

Eating too MUCH: Even after you change your diet in a way that you are eating healthy, if you continue stuffing your face you are going to gain fat. The reason is that when you eat too much carbs and if you don't use them all, your body saves it as fuel(fat), so it can use later as energy. The same goes to fats and protein. Body saves them as fat so it can use them later in the future.

FATS FOR FAT LOSS:
Good fats will actually help you lose fat. I know it may sound crazy to use fat to fight the fat, but it is the truth. The reason is that good fats are full with Omega-3 and Omega-6 fatty acids, which are really healthy and will help you burn the fat. The are going to help you increase your metabolism, which as we know leads to fat loss, and they help in so many other ways.

FAT SOURCES:
You are probably saying to your self "OK I know what are good fats and bad fats now, but which are the sources for good fats and bad fats?", not to worry, I am going to answer that.
  • Good fats: You can find them in nuts, seeds, and oils
  • Nuts: Peanuts, Almonds, Cashew, Chick peas, Pistachios
  • Seeds: Sunflower seeds, flax seeds
  • Oils: Olive oil, Coconut oil, Flax seed Oil
