Healthy Junk Food



Healthy junk food exists. If you are one of those people that LOVE junk food and wants to get a good looking body than you are at the right place. I am going to share with you my idea that helped me lose more fat and gain more muscle.

Healthy Junk Food

There is not a person in the world who does not love to eat pizza or ice cream. As a bodybuilder i couldn't allow junk food to stop me from my quest to a perfect body. Nutrition is really important for a bodybuilder, because it helps us lose fat and gain muscle faster than ever, but there is a problem, and that problem is called junk food.


Even after being a bodybuilder with seven years of experience now, I still get cravings for junk food. I go ahead and eat a burger, a pizza, sometimes even french fries. And after all that I still have six pack abs, and even better, I started losing even more fat, because I broke the fat loss plateau. Keep reading to find out how is this even possible.

The reason junk food is so bad for is, because they cook it with bad things. But what if i tell you there is a way to cook it the healthy way?

OK lets take a look at the pizza: White flour (fast carbohydrates)
Cheese (trans and saturated fats)
And other things that will make it taste better


All of these things will only help you lose more muscle and gain more fat.

OK now here is how a healthy Pizza will look like: Whole grained flour (complex carbohydrates)
Fat free cheese (protein and good fats)
Lean ham (protein)
Vegetables (complex carbohydrates)

As you can see I have transformed the unhealthy and bad for you pizza to a healthy and good for you pizza. The best part is that the taste is also amazing.


For another example lets take a look at french fries: Cut potatoes (usually fried before that (trans fat, saturated fat, simple carbohydrates)
Sunflower Oil (saturated fats)
Butter (Trans fats, saturated fats)


As you can see french fries are full with saturated and trans fats, which will make you gain a lot of fat.

Here is how healthy french fries will look:

Fresh potatoes (complex carbohydrates)
Olive oil (monounsaturated and polyunsaturated fat (Omega-3 and Omega-6 fatty acids))


Healthy french fries have Omega-3 and Omega-6 fatty acids, which will help you lose more and more fat. The best part is that they have not lost their taste.

Conclusion

Eating junk food can actually help you. When you are having cravings for junk food cook it your self. Cravings are bad, because they can get you in a fat loss plateau and you are going to start having problems with losing fat. Breaking that plateau will help you lose more and more fat, because of the satisfaction of your body. The best part is that you are not going to gain fat, because you are eating healthy.
