A lot of women are asking me "how to do I workout for my glutes (my butt)". And I have told a lot of them my secrets. I have shared with them my diet and my workout plan.
Diet
My diet is pretty simple. To have a good looking butt you must eat right so you can lose the extra fat that you have around that area. Now spot reduction is impossible. Exactly why you will have to lose your over all body fat to achieve success.
To do so I am eating only good nutrients. Complex carbohydrates, good fats, lean protein only quality food. You can always go to Google and find foods that are rich of good nutrients, that's how I search for different kinds of foods and dishes.
It works great for me. Remember this, don't use any zero fat diets, zero carb diets. They will only make you gain a lot more fat. I learned this the hard way.
Drinking a lot of water is really important. For people with a lifestyle like me and many others like John MUST drink a good amount of water. Water will help you lose fat, which will help you get a better looking butt.
Workout
I enjoy training my glutes old school by using the three monster exercises. Squats, Deadlifts, and Lunges that are going to shape your glutes in no time.
It's important to know that there different ways to perform those exercises. In fact I don't men will perform them in a way so they will train their glutes. They will perform them in a way that it's going to be nice for them in other words training the legs and lower back.
For women we will have to put our legs wider one from each other so it will look like on the picture. This way you are going to train the glutes like never before.
Conclusion
Fat loss is important to lose over body fat percentage to get a tight butt. For the workout using the three exercises that will help you shape your glutes Squats, Deadlifts, Lunges. If you use the top tricks and tips you are going to get fast results like never before.
